Frequently Asked Questions
1. How much is delivery.
The prices stated are inclusive of Royal Mail first class recorded delivery to the UK mainland.
Orders outside of the UK mainland may incur extra charges and you should email me first
to confirm what these charges will be.

2. Do you do other print sizes?
The sizes offered are the most popular sizes but I can arrange for prints to be made in any other size, on request.
Please email your exact requirements and I will send you a quote and a sample image for your approval.

3. Why are some images available in different size prints than others?
Some images will suit a different format than others.
Because of this, the sizes given for each image are those which suit the format of that image most.
If you require an image in an alternative size, to fit a particular frame, for example,
please email first to check that I can do prints to suit your needs.

4. Can I buy any of your images for commercial use?
Yes. Please email your exact requirements and I will send a quote and copy of my terms and conditions.

5. What paper do you use for your photographic prints?
All photographic prints are printed Fuji Crystal Archive Digital Paper Type II, high quality silver halide, 249 gsm photographic paper for improved whiteness, combined with excellent highlights and shadows. Fuji guarantees their prints are fade resistant for 150 years.

If you prefer, images can be printed on fine art paper using the finest inkjet technology, which gives superior defiintion and colour reproduction. Prices available on request.

6. How long will it take to receive my prints?
Print are individually printed to order.
Please allow 21 days for delivery although, in most cases, your prints will arrive much more quickly.

7. What is your refund policy?
All prints are made to order and they are only sent out after I have personally approved them.
If they are damaged in transit or there is a fault with any image when it is received,
please return it and I will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
